When we have a position that matches your skills and experience, our placement consultant will arrange a client interview. During the hiring process, we work with you and the client to arrive at a mutually beneficial job offer. The client pays 100% of our services fee--our services are always free to jobseekers! In a Direct Hire placement, the applicant is hired/employed by the client upon accepting their job offer. The decision to choose a Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire placement plan is usually made by the client based on their business needs. |
