Q. What do I do if the client asks me to do something out of the scope of the job description?
A. When on a job assignment, if the work you are asked to do differs greatly from what we said you would be doing, you MUST call an ALTRES Staffing Representative for authorization before doing the work. This is done not only for your safety, but in some cases may allow an increase in your pay rate for that job.
