"ALTRES always keeps me busy!"  Needing a job fast, Aaron Morgenstein was referred to ALTRES by his wife who previously worked for the ALTRES' Clerical Department. He went in for an interview and started work the following day. The opportunities he got from ALTRES were endless. "ALTRES always kept me busy. You can be doing something one day and be doing something totally different the next day," said Aaron. "And if there was something that I wasn't happy about, I felt really comfortable telling the ALTRES Personnel Managers about it. They would always try to find something else that would keep me interested." Aaron first started with ALTRES as a regular driver and worked his way up to becoming a labor assistant. Only being employed with the company for four months, he landed a permanent position on his last assignment as a Fork Lift Driver with one of Hawaii's leading provider in automotive and salvage services. Having the right attitude and a strong work ethic, Aaron is doing a job that he knows and enjoys. "It's awesome working for this company," he said. "It's a real family-oriented environment and the company is always open to my suggestions and ideas on how to better improve and make business easier." Aaron currently resides in Ewa Beach and enjoys surfing, dirt biking, jet skiing, bunji jumping…basically anything with an adrenaline rush. |
