Medical facility in Kalihi is looking for an experienced Recruiter/HR personnel to assist their team for approximately 2 months, possibly longer.
In this role you will assist with full cycle recruiting, which will include putting in job requests, sourcing candidates, interviewing, job offers, on-boarding, etc.

$20.40 an hourResponsibilities
- Assist with full cycle recruiting (e.g. putting in job requests, sourcing candidates, interviewing, job offers, on-boarding, etc.).
- Extract reports from HRIS as needed.
- Assist with greeting visitors.
- Provide coverage for other admins as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have previous recruiting and/or HR related experience.
- Healthcare experience is beneficial but not required.
- Must be knowledgeable of state and federal labor laws.
- Able to multitask while remaining detail oriented.
- Must be COVID and flu vaccinated and able to provide 2 step TB clearance.
