A local staffing company is seeking a Placement Manager to join their team in Kona. The Placement Manager will be responsible for maintaining business relationships, actively prospecting new accounts, and maximizing sales potential with current customers.

$55,000 to $65,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Identify prospective customers in a wide variety of industries.
- Market company's temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire staffing services.
- Make sales calls and meet with clients.
- Establish, maintain, and cultivate current and existing client base.
- Maintain records of interaction with all customers.
- Attend job fairs, chamber functions, and other events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, SPHR, or PHR certifications, or two to four years of related human resources experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
