Beautiful 5-star vacation resort in Wailea is seeking a full-time Beach & Pool Attendant to work at their facility. In this role you will, provide efficient and professional service at the Beach and Pool to owners and guest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests and owners as they arrive to the Beach or Pool areas.
• Approach guests and owners to see if they need assistance in getting Beach equipment or setting up their towels at the Pool.
• Ensure Pool areas are clean and properly set up prior to opening each day.
• Enforce rules to maintain Beach and Pool safety.
• Wash towels and assist with Family Room set-up and close down.
• Help restock clean towels, fresh water, sunscreen, and water cups.
• Check restrooms, rubbish cans, recycling bins; service or empty as needed.
• Periodically check walkways and Beach paths. Sweep walkways, stairs, and paths as necessary to remove any debris and maintain safe conditions.
• Set up Beach with chairs, chair covers, towels, and umbrellas as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance to Beach and Pool furniture and facilities.
• Brush, skim, and vacuum both pools and spas as needed.
• Perform other tasks, as assigned from time-to-time including laundry and maintaining supplies and towels at the gym.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cleaning and/or customer service experience. Previous recreational or hospitality industry experience helpful.
• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Available to work a rotating schedule.
• Able to lift up to 60lbs.
• Able to walk and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Current Hawaii driver's license.
• CPR Certification and First Aid Certification helpful.
