Full-time, Monday to FridayLocation
Sand Island, Honolulu, OahuResponsibilities
- Provide overall support in every aspect of each project.
- Assist superintendent and project manager in field work support, estimating, RFI, submittal management, subcontracts.
- Assist with procurement.
- Handle document control.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering, Construction Managment, or Architecture degree preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of construction procedures, building systems and tools.
- Ability to solve problems and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge reading plans, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent math and computer skills incl. Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.
- Ability to effectively communicate with workers and vendors.
