Our client is seeking a Benefits Administrator to develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's benefits offerings. In this role, you will manage the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. 

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of office and customer service experience.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$21 to $22 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between employees and benefits providers.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Stay up to date on regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to employee benefits. 
  • Overnight travel 1-2 times a year paid by the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of office and customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
