"ALTRES found me a Perfect Match!"  When Maricris Lee and her husband moved to Hawaii from Okinawa, she was hesitant to sign up with a staffing agency. The agencies she'd known in the past had mostly temp jobs, and she was looking for long-term assignments.But at the recommendation of a friend who'd had a good experience working with ALTRES, Maricris finally signed up – and she's glad she did. Not only did her personnel manager treat her like family, she quickly found Maricris a good job that turned out to be a perfect fit. When Maricris began an assignment as a receptionist at a law firm, she loved the environment and the people. "It's family style, everyone is nice and friendly. And they fed me!" They obviously liked her, too, because on the third day of her temp assignment, they offered her a permanent job. Claudette Miller, Maricris's ALTRES personnel manager, said that it didn't take long for the clients to "realize her potential and how quickly she was able to catch on. They enjoyed her energy and attitude, as well as her ability to do the job well!" Maricris also scored points with her great attitude, flexibility, and strong computer skills. When the 22-year-old isn't at the law firm's front desk looking for a house with her husband. She also enjoys watching movies, hanging out with friends, and going to the pool. Someday she hopes to go back to school to study Computer Science. With such a busy life, Maricris is grateful for how quickly ALTRES found her the right job. "I love ALTRES. Thank you.
