Society for Human Resource Management - SHRM is the world's largest association devoted to human resource management. Representing more than 200,000 individual members, the Society's mission is to serve the needs of HR professionals by providing the most essential and comprehensive resources available. As an influential voice, the Society's mission is also to advance the human resource profession to ensure that HR is recognized as an essential partner in developing and executing organizational strategy.

TempNet - Established in 1978, TempNet is an association of independently owned and operated temporary staffing companies, and allied providers to the industry. TempNet member's affiliation with each other forms a nationwide network to offer education, answers to business questions, business support, and camaraderie.

American Staffing Association - The American Staffing Association was founded in 1966 to ensure the quality of temporary help services and to promote flexible employment opportunities. ASA is the voice of the U.S. staffing industry. Along with its affiliated chapters, ASA promotes the interests of the industry through legal and legislative advocacy, public relations, education, and the establishment of high standards of ethical conduct.

National Association of Personnel Service - Since 1961, the National Association of Personnel Services has been certifying recruiting and staffing professionals nationally. Today, there are more than 10,000 professionals designated as Certified Personnel Consultants (CPC) or Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialists (CTS). NAPS certification was initially established as a self-regulation vehicle for the staffing industry. Certification is viewed by the business community and the industry as a seal of excellence.

Kaiser Permanente is the marriage of management (Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc.) and medicine (Hawaii Permanente Medical Group). The non-profit health plan provides the financing and the physicians provide the medical care. Kaiser Permanente cares for 227,000 members and operates clincs on Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island. They have received both local and national recognition for its quality of care and service.

Hawaii Dental Service - HDS is a non-profit dental service corporation founded in 1962. They are committed to providing quality dental care at reasonable costs to as many people as possible in Hawaii. Approximately 96% of all licensed dentists in Hawaii are HDS member dentists, serving more than 510,000 beneficiaries.

University Health Alliance - UHA provides its members with access to quality health care while protecting them from financial loss due to illness or injury. They were founded in 1996 by physician faculty members of the John A. Burns School of Medicine of the University of Hawaii. These physicians recognized the need for a health insurance company that put quality health care first.
