Direct-Hire (Permanent)
Directly hire our candidate with a 100-day guarantee! If the candidate doesn't work out within the first 30 days, our placement fee is fully refundable.
Temp-to-Hire
Minimize your risk and have time to "preview" the candidate's performance, job fit and capabilities before making your final hiring decision. We will bill you an hourly rate, which includes all costs of payroll, taxes and necessary insurance, during the Temp-to-Hire period.
Temporary
Hiring a new employee may take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. We give you the option to use an ALTRES temporary associate while interviewing prospective candidates to minimize work backlog and help prevent you from making a hasty hiring decision.
Payrolling
What if you like the Temporary-to-Hire Plan but you've already found a candidate on your own? Through the Wagemaster Plan ALTRES will handle the employment administration, similar to our Temporary-to-Hire Plan, but at a reduced rate. You will continue to manage their workplace responsibilities while we administer the payroll, benefits and necessary insurance. ALTRES can even handle the separation process to minimize your risk and possibly transition the employee to other job opportunities.
There is no fee or obligation to interview and compare our candidates unless our candidate is selected and begins working.
