Q. Why should I consider working with a staffing company? A. ALTRES Staffing offers a full range of positions from office and professional career positions to technical, medical, labor and industrial work. Back to Top Q. What kind of work experience do I need? A. In general, you must have 6 months of current work experience for temporary placement. For permanent (direct-hire) placement, you must have at least 2 years of stability in a position and must have worked within the past year. Back to Top Q. Does ALTRES Staffing offer benefits or training? A. We offer employer-paid health insurance, 40-hour paid vacation, paid holidays, and bonus and referral programs to all qualified employees. Pay rates are determined by your experience and skill level, as well as the specific job duties. We pay you every Friday, the same week that you start working. Back to Top Q.
