A. We offer employer-paid health insurance, 40-hour paid vacation, paid holidays, and bonus and referral programs to all qualified employees. There are also a variety of lifestyle benefits available such as group auto insurance, 401k retirement savings plan (with matching!), payroll deducted IRAs and theme park and movie discounts.

Q. If I am placed on assignments, how much and when will I get paid?
A. ALTRES Technical offers competitive pay rates to all our employees. Your experience and skill level, as well as the specific job duties determine pay rates. You may either be paid on a weekly or biweekly basis.

Q. What sort of skills testing will be required during the screening process?
A. Applicants with certifications will only need to show proof of certification. Applicants who do not possess any certifications, will be tested according to our client's needs.

Q. How long do you keep my resume on file?
A. Resumes with ALTRES Technical are kept on file for up to three years.

Q. What kind of work experience do I need?
A. In general, you must have at least 1 year of current work experience for temporary placement. For direct-hire placement, you must have at least 2 years of stability in a position and must have worked within the past year.
