Q. Does ALTRES Technical offer benefits or training? A. We offer employer-paid health insurance, 40-hour paid vacation, paid holidays, and bonus and referral programs to all qualified employees. Back to Top Q. If I am placed on assignments, how much and when will I get paid? A. ALTRES Technical offers competitive pay rates to all our employees. Your experience and skill level, as well as the specific job duties determine pay rates. You may either be paid on a weekly or biweekly basis. Back to Top Q. What sort of skills testing will be required during the screening process? A. Applicants with certifications will only need to show proof of certification. Applicants who do not possess any certifications, will be tested according to our client's needs. Back to Top Q. How long do you keep my resume on file? A. Resumes with ALTRES Technical are kept on file for up to three years. Back to Top Q. What kind of work experience do I need? A. In general, you must have at least 1 year of current work experience for temporary placement.
