Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team and work closely with the Project Mangers to provide administrative support. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, receiving deliveries, assisting with bookkeeping, and ordering materials.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and have knowledge of project management practices.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls/emails and relay messages.
  • Receive any incoming deliveries.
  • Print, copy, file, and scan documents.
  • Assist with printing bid documents, typing bid proposals, and ordering materials.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Previous experience using project management tools.
  • Knowledge of project management practices.
  • Familiarity with product development.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
