Our client is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team and support their busy engineering department. In this role, you will assist with preparing proposals, scheduling meetings, and making presentations.

This is a Temp-To-Hire position and will start as soon as possible!

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and have strong communication skills. Parking will be validated.

  • Greet and assist clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
