We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to serve as a Payroll & Benefits Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering activities related to association payroll, benefits, and employee leaves, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data, and assisting with employee orientation and presentations.

  • Administer activities related to association payroll, benefits, and employee leaves.
  • Process timekeeping and payroll systems for all association employees.
  • Facilitate and assist with employee orientation and presentations.
  • Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding benefits and payroll functions.


  • 2 years of college with emphasis in Human Resources, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll and benefits administration.
