Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments.
  • Verify and record financial transactions.
  • Resolve any discrepancies in client accounts.
  • Secure client payments through various methods.
  • Monitor incoming funds from customers and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Create invoices, send bills to customers, and process payments.
  • Manage customer accounts, generate invoices, collect payments, and post receipts promptly.
  • Apply fair credit practices and maintain billing system accuracy.


  • Associates degree or 2 years of Accounting Clerk experience (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles..
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers and detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (i.e Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
