$43.51 an hourResponsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair: Examine and troubleshoot marine diesel machinery and mechanical systems.
- Maintenance: Replace broken or defective parts, reassemble equipment, and perform necessary calibration/adjustments.
- Documentation: Maintain inventory by ordering parts as needed and prepare accurate written maintenance reports.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company, safety, and government DOD policies and procedures.
- Team Support: Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable work experience in marine diesel repair and maintenance.
- Equipment Proficiency: Proven experience operating pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical powered, and marine salvage equipment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and maneuver 50–100 lbs. consistently.
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain valid military base access.
