Part-time, Monday-Friday 9am-4pmLocation

$17 to $18 an hourResponsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Provide customers with estimates and schedule appointments.
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks.
- Scan and organize files and documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
