A local pest control company is seeking an administrative professional to join their team and provide administrative support ensuring the smooth operations of the day-to-day office duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Part-time, Monday-Friday 9am-4pm

Pay

$17 to $18 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
  • Greet clients and visitors.
  • Provide customers with estimates and schedule appointments. 
  • Assist with billing and invoicing tasks.
  • Scan and organize files and documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
