An engineering company is looking for an Admin Assistant to provide support to their Business Office and Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Word, and possess excellent communication skills.

This role could possibly become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$25 to $26 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Support Business Office and Marketing Department.
  • Manage projects and maintain marketing project details.
  • Prepare expense receipts and invoices.
  • Assist with proposal development.
  • Onboard new hires.
  • Data entry and report generation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledgeable in Excel formulas.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
