Project Manager

A local company is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical projects for their clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety. This role involves interacting with stakeholders, problem-solving, and providing guidance to the project team.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$90,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
• Develop and execute a budget based on preconstruction planning.
• Perform cost analysis and estimates of expected costs throughout project.
• Communicate and assist customers.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Coordinate obtaining permits and design evaluations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and construction crew on-site.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, industry, and company regulations, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Project Management.
• Bachelors degree in a related field or a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar project management certifications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills to manage time and complete tasks on schedule.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
• Ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
