We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our client's team in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including training and development, benefits administration, payroll, compensation, and employee relations. Pay

$65,000 to $75,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Assess company-wide developmental needs and drive training initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance, and recognize achievements.
  • Coordinate HR regulatory compliance training and maintain training calendar.
  • Oversee Performance Review Management System and Learning Management System.
  • Develop and maintain employee activities related to benefits, training, and development.
  • Implement technology solutions to streamline and automate HR processes.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for annual HR reporting.
  • Administer all benefits plans and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle payroll administration and oversee payroll-related benefits programs.
  • Conduct company salary reviews and assist with incentive program administration.
  • Provide counseling and problem reconciliation for employee relations.
  • Assist with policy development and maintenance.
  • Analyze work processes and propose enhancements.
  • Assist management staff with administrative HR needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent combination of education, training or working experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressive responsibility within human resources generalist administration experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues and materials.
  • Ability to organize, analyze and problem-solve somewhat complex problems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize with distractions and with attention to details.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with all levels of staff, customers, consultants/brokers, and vendors on sensitive matters.
  • Technical knowledge to understand computer applications for problem-solving and answering staff questions (prefer Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • PHR Certification or SHRM-CP preferred, but not required.
