The ideal candidate will have previous experience with scheduling and dispatching, be proficient in handling phone communications, and have a strong understanding of working with Apple products, particularly MAC systems.

Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pmLocation

$18 to $19 an hourResponsibilities
- Schedule jobs for technicians efficiently and effectively.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages, and ensure prompt communication within the team.
- Receive payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with office errands and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in scheduling and dispatching.
- Proficiency in using Apple products, especially MAC systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
