Our client is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team and answer phone calls, schedule appointments, coordinate site walks, and create invoices.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and be familiar using Canva and various social media platforms.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Pay

$24 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from service users and properties.
  • Create and update proposals, sales decks and marketing materials.
  • Schedule appointments for sales visits.
  • Coordinate site walks with vendors and property staff.
  • Create and send invoices for both customers and vendors.
  • Create posts to social media service.
  • Assist in making and adjusting bookings for users.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Canva.
  • Familiarity posting on social media. 
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
