Web Support Generalist

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$23 to $24 an hour

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails and provide customer support.
• Maintain email inbox.
• Process and maintain service requests from clients and their employees who are navigating our HR software.
• Process new hire timesheet activations.
• Organize, schedule, and coordinate training and/or demo sessions for Web Support Specialist.
• Maintain payroll operations of demo accounts to keep data current.
• Create announcements for web access cancellations and schedule the deactivation.
• Activate and deactivate clients, managers and/or employees from the web portal.
• Maintain all bulletins, forms, and announcements to the web portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, minimum 1 year of related work experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Ability to learn, understand, and communicate new concepts quickly.
