Lead Restoration Technician

This role is crucial in supervising restoration projects and ensuring the highest quality of work in the field of property restoration. The ideal candidate will have experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration, and will be adept at managing teams and projects effectively.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay

$25 to $30 an hour

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members on restoration processes and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining the scope of work and timelines.
• Assess and inspect the extent of damages to properties.
• Follow restorative processes for water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restorations.
• Clean and pack materials for disposal.
• Assist in the safe removal of affected and contaminated materials, including demolition and structural repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property restoration or construction.
• Must have a valid IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification.
• Availability to work 24/7, including on-call and weekend work, and assist in emergency projects as necessary.
• Ability to carry, lift, pull, and push a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check
