Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our client in Puunene. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to complete customer jobs efficiently and accurately. This is an excellent Direct Hire opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to projects both in the shop and occasionally in the field. Compensation is based on experience and responsibility level within the team. A comprehensive benefit package including health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and 401K is included.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (Overtime as needed)

Puunene, Maui

Pay

$27 to $50 an hour, Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and complete customer jobs according to specifications.
• Perform various types of welds, including GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW welding techniques.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabrication, construction, and repair.
• Ability to work both in the shop and occasionally in the field.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and schedules.
• Valid driver's license required.
