Accounting Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in the Accounting, Banking & Finance industry. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a strong background in accounting and finance, we want to hear from you!

Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$85,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Maintain Fixed Assets and depreciation schedules, including journal entries and recording new purchases/disposals.
• Process biweekly payroll accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in Health and Benefits administration and manage open enrollment.
• Administer 401(K) and other employee benefit programs.
• Prepare monthly cash-flow analysis and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Facilitate monthly and year-end closing procedures and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze revenues, expenses, and financial statements for accuracy.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial audit coordination, and corporate reporting requirements.
• Track and maintain company insurance policies and internal controls.
• Manage accounting functions effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Highly detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels and external agencies.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds.
