A local business in the real estate industry is immediately looking for a full-time Client Service Representative to provide membership support. In this role you will assist with client billing, education, events, and other inquiries from members and the public.
This is a direct hire position with great starting pay and benefits. You will also receive $125 towards parking or a bus pass.

$50,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Assist callers with website navigation; refer to outside resources/agencies as appropriate.
- Maintain member savings procedures manual; work with vendors to review, vet, and increase value to member savings.
- Pickup newspaper, sort daily mail, drop-off afternoon mail.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years call center or office environment experience.
- Experience with payment posting and/or cash handling a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Organized and detail oriented.
