Moving Coordinator

Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Kahului, Maui

Pay

$20 to $22 an hour

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Create detailed move plans, allocate resources efficiently, and organize schedules for seamless execution.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and quotes to keep clients informed and satisfied.
• Coordinate and oversee move schedules, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Track and document inventory to ensure nothing gets lost in transit.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, making each move as stress-free as possible.
• Address any problems that pop up and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous records and submit reports to keep everything in check.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience in moving, logistics, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Conflict resolution and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to lift heavy items and sit for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license required.
