As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing employee and inflight acquisition channels for our credit card program, driving strategy for growth, and executing marketing plans to achieve our goals. This is a temporary opportunity, running potentially to May 2026, with a possibility of extension.

$45 an hourResponsibilities
- Develop, implement, and track promotions and campaigns for credit card program growth.
- Track and report data associated with promotions and account growth, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with bank channel managers and implement bank-required programs and training.
- Plan and lead credit card program training for employees to ensure accurate promotion to customers.
- Lead discussions with internal partners to develop marketing materials for various platforms.
- Present channel performance and recommendations to management.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to develop and execute program initiatives.
- Provide program administrative support, including customer service, accounting, invoicing, and IT administration.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in marketing for consumer-oriented products, financial services, or airlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven success in developing and executing high-impact, omnichannel marketing programs, including events.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and strong analytical skills, including budgeting, report modeling, and data analysis in Excel.
- Experience in customer service and/or supporting a customer-facing workgroup.
- Strategic thinker with experience in building growth-focused annual plans.
