A local IT solutions company is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team and assist with basic aadministrative tasks, ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, assisting with client meetings, event support and running errands. The qualified candidate will have previous administrative/clerical experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmLocation

$20 an hour, Depending on ExperienceResponsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors; coordinate office tours and guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of communal areas and kitchen.
- Schedule and manage vendor services (e.g., cleaners, repairs, catering).
- Assist with events, meetings, and executive support needs.
- Track inventory and restock office and kitchen supplies.
- Support general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document prep.
- Manage access tools like keys, FOBs, and parking cards.
- Coordinate accommodations and logistics for visiting team members.
- Submit purchase requests and expense reports related to office needs.
- Occasionally adjust hours to open the office early or assist with evening events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of administrative, office support, or facilities experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience coordinating vendors, events, or office maintenance is a plus.
- Customer-service mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to occasionally travel locally for office errands or site visits.
- Able to pass state/federal background check.
