Marketing Assistant

This role is crucial in supporting marketing efforts and ensuring smooth execution of various promotional activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset to contribute to our marketing strategies.

Hours

Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am.-6:00pm.

Location

Kapolei, Oahu

Pay

$19 to $20 an hour

Responsibilities

• Follow up with tenants to confirm event participation and secure prizes.
• Communicate primarily via email, with occasional phone calls and in-person store/restaurant visits.
• Coordinate and organize marketing events and promotions.
• Create and maintain floorplans or maps for events and store layouts.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and creative input.

Qualifications

• Comfort with various communication methods, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting floorplans or maps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
