Brand Concierge

A local, Kama'aina company is seeking an energetic and friendly Brand Concierge to join their dynamic team! The Brand Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 to $23 an hour

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, visitors, and employees professionally and warmly, creating a welcoming office environment.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls, voicemails and general inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Act as a brand representative, upholding and communicating company values and messaging in all interactions.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's brand, services, and values to effectively communicate and reinforce them in everyday interactions.
• Provide administrative support for marketing & Communications dept. including scheduling, event logistics, and materials coordination.
• Maintain front-of-house appearance and ensure it aligns with the company's visual and experiential branding standards.
• Support internal communication efforts and assist in the execution of client or staff-facing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the front office, client services, administrative, or marketing roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a customer focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Interest or experience in marketing, communications, or brand representation is an asset.
• Flexibility, positivity and creative problem-solving skills.
