The Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Marketing & Communications dept. responsible for the coordination and execution of client participation on our platform. This role involves working directly with clients to develop, publish, and promote exclusive offers, while also supporting ongoing performance tracking and client communication.

The ideal candidate is a client-focused marketing or sales professional with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, with a results-oriented approach. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing client engagement and delivering added value.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am- 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the Marketplace to existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to publish and manage offers in Marketplace.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Be a thought partner and collaborator to clients using Marketplace.
  • Working with the Marketing & Communications leadership team, develop a marketing strategy for promoting offers.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of offers, including engagement metrics and promotional impact.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review offer outcomes and discuss opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute targeted promotional activities that increase awareness and participation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions, offers, and campaign results.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, client services or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain marketing concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Open to learning new technologies.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional, client-oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with deal-based platforms or employee engagement tools is an asset.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Canva preferred.
