As a Legal Intake Specialist, your job is to confidently present the firm’s service information and options to new clients with the objective of the client retaining the firm for representation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a challenging career with lots of growth potential.

Part-time, Flexible within 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay

$28 to $34 an hour, DOE

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and screen for new clients that meet case selection criteria.
  • Respond to all incoming inquiries by phone, web chat and text.
  • Enter new client detailed information into case management software.
  • Schedule meetings/calls with new client and assigned attorney.
  • Schedule all reminder texts/emails for clients.
  • Prepare and send documents to new clients, via e-sign, email, mail, or fax.
  • Meet and greet clients that come to the office.
  • Receive all incoming firm mail, emails, faxes, and upload into case management software.
  • Set up Electronic Files/Folders for all new cases.
  • Send welcome packages to all new clients.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 3 Years Sales Experience.
  • Outgoing personality and self-motivated.
  • Active empathetic listening skills.
  • Prior law firm experience is a plus but not required.
