Licensed Real Estate Associate (Japanese Speaking)

Our client is seeking a motivated licensed Real Estate Conceirge to join our Sales Division. This role will provide support to sales activities across offices in Honolulu. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace. Hours

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m.

Location

Kaimuki, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$75,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and listing properties.
• Handle real estate-related negotiations and respond to client inquiries.
• Perform occasional on-site inspections of managed properties.
• Assist in preparing contracts, documents, and sales-related materials.
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress in sales activities.
• Support communication between offices in Waikiki and Tokyo, ensuring smooth coordination.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license is higly preferred; open to assistants with relevant real estate experience
• Fluency in Japanese is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cultures
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools
• Flexible, positive attitude with a professional and customer service mindset
