Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00 - 3:30PM

Pay

$35 to $40 an hour

Responsibilities

• Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber, wood, and other building materials.
• Putting up temporary structures like scaffolds and hoists.
• Repairing existing framework structures that have been damaged or are structurally unsound.
• Analyzing blueprints and drawings to determine the structural dimensions of the to-be-built framework.
• Identifying potential structural issues by analyzing construction plans.
• Examining construction materials for flaws.
• Cleaning up job sites by removing all carpentry debris and waste.
• Building wooden concrete forms to help the construction team erect various concrete structures.

Qualifications

• Must have 8 years of Carpentry/Framing Experience.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Strong problem solving skills preferred.
• Must have own tools.
• Efficient, punctual, and honest.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawing.
• A carpentry associate's degree or completion of a carpentry apprenticeship is preferred.
