A local membership-based organization is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Coordinator to join their Member Services team. This role provides direct support to the Professional Standards Administrator and assists with related departmental needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. This position requires strong communication skills, an ability to work under deadlines, and a commitment to providing excellent member and client service.

$50,000 to $52,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Provide administrative support for professional standards inquiries, mediations, and hearings, including intake, scheduling, logistics, and correspondence.
- Assist with managing Ombudsman and Mediation services, including assignment, follow-up, and case tracking.
- Prepare agendas, take and distribute meeting minutes, and coordinate logistics for committees (in-person and virtual).
- Maintain case files, records, and statistics in accordance with retention policies.
- Support sanction compliance follow-up and prepare related written correspondence.
- Track and report professional standards case history, statistics, and trends.
- Provide administrative support for department operations, including updating calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, processing reimbursements, and handling invoices.
- Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with internal staff, committees, and members while maintaining confidentiality of all professional standards and membership matters.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diplomacy and discretion.
- Excellent customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting critical deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and sit for extended durations.
