A local organization is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to oversee broker engagement, outreach, and communications initiatives. This role focuses on building trust with brokerage leadership, providing training and presentations, supporting IDX marketing efforts, and promoting services across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable presenting to audiences of all sizes, and eager to foster collaboration across the real estate community.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage leaders of all sizes, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve services and support.
  • Conduct outreach and presentations at firm meetings, regional events, roundtables, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to deliver presentations on new and existing products, services, and programs.
  • Develop and deliver training content to brokers and agents, both in person and virtually.
  • Promote organizational initiatives on social media platforms, increasing reach and engagement.
  • Partner with communications staff to create engaging content for digital channels.
  • Support IDX marketing efforts by assisting with research, customer communications, reviewing agreements, and making calls to prospective partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation as needed.
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times, maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven success in relationship management, customer service, or community engagement.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic video production tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • General knowledge of the real estate industry or related fields preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to use a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
