Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmLocation
Honolulu, OahuResponsibilities
- Provide architectural and engineering drawings for smaller building construction.
- Assist presentation meetings and participate in some degree of direct client relationship.
- Assist with some site construction observation and construction administration.
- Coordinate permit and approval process for projects of most sizes.
- Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture and/or combination of degree(s) in a related field and/or equivalent number of years of experience.
- Previous experience in Revit required.
- Advanced/moderate skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk 3D Studio.
