Customer Service Representative (Japanese Bilingual)

A popular local company in Hilo is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team! In this role you will provide excellent customers service and guarantee a great buying experience!

Full-time, Variable days Sun-Sat 8:15am-5:30pm

Location

Hilo, Big Island

Pay

$17.50 an hour

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and timely customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of all company products.
• Make product suggestions and recommendations.
• Facilitate customer checkout.
• Resolve customer requests and concerns in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
• Assist with stocking, rotating stock, replenishing, and straightening merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with telephone orders.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the retail sales area, back stock room, and storage.

Qualifications

• Must be Japanese bilingual.
• Previous customer service skills desired.
• Friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Current TB clearance.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain self-control.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
