A company is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Pay

$70,000 to $85,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in collaboration with corporate management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Generate and update HR policies while working with an HR outsourcing company.
  • Maintain and update HR documents, including organizational charts, employee handbooks, and performance evaluation forms.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and mediate disputes.
  • Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Analyze HR data to identify causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend necessary changes.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, retain, and develop talent.
  • Manage the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions.
  • Provide management with training on interviewing, performance appraisals, and counseling techniques.
  • Compile employee time, production, and payroll data.
  • Track employee leave time, including vacation, personal, and sick leave.
  • Review time sheets and wage computations to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Process hiring-related paperwork and conduct new employee orientations.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
  • Supervise HR staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Proficiency in calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
