Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pmLocation
Hilo, Big IslandPay
$21 an hourResponsibilities
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Type up correspondences
- Print, collate, and organize documents
- File and scan documents
- Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) and strong analytical skills
- General knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, fax, etc.)
- Ability to follow instructions and set procedures
- Ability to pass a State and Federal background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Posses 2 step TB clearance within the past 12 months, or willing to obtain clearance
