We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee one or more field construction projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. You’ll be responsible for the profit and loss of each project, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.

- Project Management & Execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Coordinate mobilization of equipment, materials, and labor.
- Collaborate with Estimators, Superintendents, Engineers, and Coordinators to ensure seamless project planning and execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- Track budgets and labor hours, ensuring projects remain within financial targets.
- Review and submit invoices, change orders, and resolve discrepancies through the CRE Accounting System.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Communicate daily with Foremen to track production and progress.
- Monitor on-site safety conditions and work quality.
- Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are in place.
- Conduct and document site inspections as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil/structural engineering or construction, including 2 years in project management.
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearance for federal job sites.
