We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee one large field project or multiple smaller civil/structural projects. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution—from planning through completion—while maintaining full profit and loss accountability and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

- Provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for one or more field projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and financial goals.
- Maintain profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned projects. Ensure timely preparation and distribution of accurate monthly invoices in coordination with the accounting department.
- Read and interpret civil and structural plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules using charts and project management tools; coordinate with field teams to meet or exceed deadlines.
- Identify challenges early and develop practical, cost-effective solutions to maintain project momentum and quality.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors; lead project meetings and maintain consistent, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and contractual requirements. Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Manage and direct field personnel, subcontractors, and other project partners to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid technical capacity in civil and/or structural engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and technical documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Competence in understanding project charts, schedules, and workflow diagrams.
- Experience with project management tools/software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
