A local lifestyle company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with daily marketing operations, creative production, and brand communications. This role supports both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns, content, and promotional materials. This is a temporary position that will last 4 moths with the possibility to extend based on business need.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to organize product information, coordinate creative assets, manage timelines, and contribute to social media and advertising projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, design-driven environment.

Coordinate marketing-related purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communication. Gather and organize product information for marketing use, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels. Support content development by managing copy requests, deadlines, and deliverables. Assist with photo and video shoot logistics, including scheduling, sample preparation, and production coordination. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing staff to execute brand campaigns. Help manage digital assets and coordinate paid and organic social media initiatives. Track campaign performance and provide reporting support to the marketing team. Maintain organization of marketing files, schedules, and creative archives. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Director.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of marketing coordination or project management experience, ideally within a consumer brand, retail, or creative agency. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and campaign workflows. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills Experience supporting creative production or coordinating photoshoots. Basic understanding of paid advertising, digital reporting, and marketing analytics. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus. Passion for visual storytelling and design.
