A well-established organization is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for a busy insurance team. This position plays an important role in reviewing documentation, maintaining records, preparing policy-related materials, and supporting internal processing activities.

$16 to $18 an hourResponsibilities
- Provide administrative support for insurance operations and policy processing activities.
- Review incoming documentation for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Update and maintain electronic records and internal databases.
- Prepare, print, organize, and distribute policy-related documents and correspondence.
- Scan, file, and maintain electronic document records.
- Assist with processing renewals, policy updates, and administrative requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting established deadlines.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of general office or administrative experience; additional experience may be considered for higher-level placement.
- Previous property & casualty (P&C) insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Keyboarding skills of 35+ WPM.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as business needs require.
