A utilities company is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join them on a temporary basis through the end of the year, with the possibility of extension into early 2026. This role requires a high level of confidentiality and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Review and compile budget reports.
  • Assist with general office administration and support.
  • Manage correspondence and communications.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of office experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and letter composition abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
