Low Voltage Draftsman

Low Voltage draftsman to assist the design team on commercial construction projects across Hawaiʻi. This role focuses heavily on quality control of outgoing drawing sets—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clean presentation across all project documentation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in CAD/Revit environments, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a deadline-oriented setting.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$30 to $35 an hour

Responsibilities

• Work in AutoCAD: apply backgrounds, manage sheet organization, place and revise blocks, update annotations.
• Work in Revit: create views, apply templates, update schedules and legends, and coordinate using linked models, view filters, and works sharing tools (3D modeling not required).
• Ability to read and understand blueprints sufficiently to compare new and past drawing sets and coordinate with other trades. *Ability to use Bluebeam Studio for plan review, coordination, and markups.
• Collaborate closely with designers to maintain drawing standards and consistency

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in drafting, CAD, or related technical support roles.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings at a basic level.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
